The Halal Investors Community Guidelines
The Halal Investors’ readership and contributors make up The Halal Investors Community.
The aim of our community is to make ethical investing easier and more profitable for all.
As a community member, you are allowed to post your own content, comment, and vote on other content as well as interact with other community members. In fact, we encourage you to do all of these things.
The value of our community hinges on our members being willing and able to engage in a helpful and supportive manner with other members.
In order to promote helpful and supportive interactions and discourage the opposite, below are the rules that apply to all members of The Halal Investors' Community while they are using any of our platforms.
Our rules are enforced by our members’ sense of responsibility and by The Halal Investors Community moderators.

Rule 1
No harassment, bullying, or threats of violence.
Rule 2
No advertisements.
Rule 3
Do not cheat or engage in content manipulation (including spamming, vote manipulation, ban evasion, or subscriber fraud).
Rule 4
Respect the privacy of others. Revealing someone’s personal or confidential information without their express consent is strictly prohibited.
Rule 5
Do not post nor encourage the posting of sexual or suggestive content.
Rule 6
Do not impersonate an individual or an entity in a misleading or deceptive manner.
Rule 7
Stay on topic.
If you’re commenting on someone’s post, make sure your comment is related to the content of the post and not something else.
If you’re posting your own content, make sure it is related to ethical investing or personal finance.
Rule 8
Follow the law. Do not post illegal content or solicit or facilitate illegal activities.
Rule 9
Don’t do anything that interferes with the normal function of our sites and services.
Enforcement
We may use, but are not limited to, one or a combination of the following:
Asking you nicely
Asking you not nicely
Removing your content
Temporary or permanent suspension of your account
